Our Story
Our story began long before the company itself.
Before founding the business, Erin Golden worked as a nanny and domestic professional in New York City, serving families on the Upper East and Upper West Sides. There, she learned that exceptional service requires trust, discretion, and careful attention to detail, especially when caring for high-end homes and private family spaces.
At the same time, her roots remained in Long Beach Island, New Jersey, a close-knit shore community shaped by hard work and local pride.
After Superstorm Sandy in 2012, many homes were rebuilt, and expectations for property care increased, but skilled, detail-focused service was still hard to find. Erin saw an opportunity to help both homeowners and the community by training local team members using the same professional standards she had learned in New York.
What began as a local solution has grown into a trusted business built on quality, consistency, and care, values that continue to guide everything we do today.
